Gontse has knowledge and experience spanning more than 15 years in asset management (particularly of real assets), corporate finance and governance, as well as financial management. He was appointed as the CEO of Mahube Infrastructure Limited in July 2020. Prior to his current role, he was the COO at Encha Group and, before that, the CEO at Encha Tech. He has also served as a Non-Executive director at JSE-listed SacOil Holdings Limited (now Efora Energy Limited).
