Sisanda has more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector. She is the CEO of Theza Capital, a financial advisory and investment company established in 2007. Sisanda was previously a Structured Finance Consultant at Investec Bank, where she was responsible for funding transactions in the mid-market space including mergers and acquisitions, leverage buy out and black economic empowerment deals. Sisanda is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
